Blumauer & Hoch listed from 1901-1915. Also listed in OASG, p. 137, entry #5. The Washington St. address was a saloon, the 4 th St. address a wholesale outlet. Thomas (WBO) suggests the company was established in 1890 by Daniel Kunkel and Eugene Hoch at 73-75 Washington St. Hoch later bought out Kunkel and in 1899 was joined in partnership by Solomon Blumauer (Thomas, WBO).
