Contributing to the Database

The best way of contributing to the pre-pro.com database is by creating a text file or spreadsheet. Instructions on what details to include and the specific format can be found on the previous page.

If you just want to submit details on a couple of glasses, then the form below is available for your use. The items highlighted in red are essential to provide; the rest are optional extras that will greatly increase the utility of the database. Note that additional details can be added at any time in the future. Indeed, we hope that it will be updated constantly as new information becomes available.

Title: The first few words appearing on the glass. Will be used to index the glass. See Conventions if in any doubt.
Label Description: A detailed description of the label and its wording.
Database ID#: A unique identifier consisting of three letters and 1-4 digits.
State, Using 2-letter code: The state from which the glass originates, if known
City: The City from which the glass orginates, if known
