Very few things are "hidden" on the website. The tray is readily accessible from the Sheaffer listing page.
I know most of you don't really think about this too much, but 90% of the server space at www.pre-pro is taken up with the Midacore databases. Shots are just one of those databases. Shots came from dealers listed in the City database. The city database is used to generate listing pages for individual dealers (such as Sheaffer) that link everything else in the various databases together, because they were the ones issuing shots, bottles, jugs, trays, corckscrews, advertising, you name it. They also used brands (collated in the Snyder database) and bought their liquor from a variety of distilleries (another database that collates IRS records from 1898-1920).
There is no formal tray database yet, but there will be in time. There will also be a jug and bottle and corkscrew and decanter and advertising and database. Collectors such as Paul Gronquist, Andy Regrut and many others send me information or material to scan every day and it all fuels the databases.
The listing page for Sheaffer is still rudimentary, but if you go here: http://www.pre-pro.com/City/index.htm and plug in his name (or anyone from Lancaster), you'll pull up listing pages for the dealers. The listing pages contain thumbnails that can be clicked to reveal description pages.
To see how this will all work, see the Hayner page, which is the most complete: http://www.pre-pro.com/midacore/view_vendor.php?vid=DAY11339
This is why you don't get a SOTW very often..... but it will generate traffic which will make your glasses worth 2 or 3 times more than they are now
I think there is a Grove tray.... short answer long....
