Message: while recently in Texas, I happened into an out of the way antique store and found a cut glass "rum jug" according the owner, and also there are 3 sizes of them, and you can find them on e-bay occasionally. My question is why was a rum jug different than other jugs, this I do know you pour the rum into the rum jug thru the only opening and that is thru the spout and there may be one or two handles.
