Message: An apparently reputable auction house. They have a well-earned reputation for being able to squeeze the last penny out of every lot. Compared to some in this auction, the Sunnybrook was a bargain. Check out some of the western whiskey signs and compare the pre-auction estimates with the actual hammer figures; and then tack on the buyers fees, which can raise the price by as much as 20%.
