I got a lucky break and a guy on another forum told me it was from an Indian herbal remedy Co. that was out of Washington DC in the 1890's.

He told me about another company from DC that sold under the nemr Alonzo Bliss and by using the name he gave me, I found the maker of my glass listed on this link. Look at #249 on this list.
