Instructions for ordering any of the glasses or other items listed for sale at www.pre-pro.com : 

1)      Send an e-mail to sales@pre-pro.com identifying which glasses or other items you would like to order, identifying them by the unique number (SG#### or TGM####) at left of the thumbnail on the listing grid or shown in red at the top of a full item description page.  Once your e-mail has been received and confirmed, the items will be placed on hold.  Important - Please do not send payment until you have confirmation that the item is still available for sale

2)  Send payment to cover the price of the item and shipping.  The charge for shipping shot glasses is $5.00 for the first glass, buy two or more and shipping is FREE.  Most other items ship for free.

      Payment can also be made through Paypal.  Click on the seal below to be taken to their web site, then use  the e-mail address sales@pre-pro.com when entering payment information.  
 

Money Orders and personal checks are also welcome.  Items may be held for 10 days after receipt of a personal check to allow it to clear.

Glasses paid for with Paypal or Money Order will be shipped within 3 business days.

3)  We want you to be pleased with your purchases so we will refund the full price of the items if returned within ten days.  This does not apply to shot glasses on the bargain page, which are sold "as is" and cannot be returned.  Please contact sales@pre-pro.com for instructions before returning a glass.
