| Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was of frame construction and had a capacity of less than 5 bushels. The property included a single bonded warehouse located 40 ft east of the distillery. It was also of frame construction with a shingle roof. At that time the still was being operated by S S Tramwell. |
