The Warwick Distillery
RD #1, 8 th District
Madison County, KY

Insurance underwriter records compiled in 1892 suggest that the distillery was of built of bricks with a metal or slate roof. The property included cattle pens, located 100 ft south of the still house, and two warehouses:
Warehouse A -- brick construction with a metal or slate roof, located 35 ft west of the still and 32 ft from neighboring Silver Creek distillery.

At the time, the still was being operated by Burnam, Bennett & Co.

1906: the distillery was sold to the Bernheim Distilling Co. It continued to operate it until Prohibition under the Bernheim name or that of the company's successors..
