1905: The MD State Tax Commissioner reports that the taxable value of distilled spirits for this year was $328,984. The distillery was now owned by Carstairs Bros.

1907: The taxable value of distilled spirits for this year was $421,292. Carstairs Bros. were owners.

1909: The taxable value of distilled spirits for the Stewart distillery this year was $371,784.
