The 1865 directory lists an Isaiah W. Nathans, Liquors, at 103 Granite: it's not certain that he was related to Nathans Bros.

The 1870 directory shows Nathans Bros to consist of Horace A. and Orlando Nathans, both living at home: 2027 Chestnut.
By 1875, Orlando has been relaced by Cornelius Nathans.
The 1890 directory shows that Horace A. Nathans is now alone he's still at the helm when the company disappears from the directories.
