HOME NIGHT / OLIVET COMMANDERY (both lines arched and tsp on a banner) / K T (large letters to either side of a maltese cross with crossed swords in the background, with a crown with a cross through it tsp in the center) / LYNN, MASS / OCT, 1905. (tsp and reverse arched on a banner).

Mount Olivet Commandery No. 30 of the Knights Templar is based in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Amos F Chase was a Civil War survivor, having served in the Mass. 8th Infantry. He lived from 1840-1919. The nature of his business is unknown, but he apparently served on the board of a mining company also.
