Koepper & Waterman listed from 1884-1900.
This is an old one: the company stopped trading under this name in 1894. The glass is exceptionally thin and the design looks like one from George Truog of the Maryland Glass Etching Works.
The company was being supplied by the Sunny Brook Distillery of Louisville, KY.
