This is an acid-etched glass and, although not signed, is clearly the work of George Truog.

OASG & city directories: 1886-1908.
First listed 1886 at 2323 n. 2nd st.
1889: now located at 730 N. 3rd St., partners were Henry H., David and Theodore.
1890-1892: partners were Henry H., David, Seligman, Marcus J., and Theodore. Marcus is listed as living in San Francisco, Seligman in Baltimore. Note that the Baltimore directories also have a listing for Netter Bros (1890).
1893-1897: partners were David, Seligman, Marcus J., and Theodore.
1898-1900: partners were Theodore and Seligman.
1901-1908: Seligman was the only partner

Brand names used by this company include: "Golden Gate All Rye."
