A clear bottle with fluting around the neck and base that is characteristic of the Hayner Distilling Co. of Dayton, OH. The bottle is one quart size with a full paper label indicating that it contained Hayner Seven Year Old Rye. The label reads: HAYNER / SEVEN YEAR OLD / RYE / THE HAYNER DISTILLING CO. / DISTILLERS AND IMPORTERS / DAYTON OHIO USA.. A black panel that incorporates the Hayner barrel-and-horseshoe trademark cautions "As a protection against fraud see that each package bears our trademark and signature none genuine without this label".

This bottle was presented as a part of a collection of three that came with an original dove-tailed packing crate and shipping sleeves.
