A flattened amber bottle that once contained Chesnut Grove Whiskey from Charles Wharton Jr. of Philadelphia, PA. It stands around 9" tall, 6" wide and 3" deep and has an applied ear handle and a seal bearing the name of the whiskey and distributer; "CHESTNUT GROVE / (image of a crown) / WHISKEY / CW" .The base is pontiled and the neck sheared and tooled.
