An amber glass bottle with a full paper label showing that it once contained "Edgewood Pure Rye" whiskey, from the Edgewood Distilling Co. of Cincinnati, OH. The label also lists Paxton Bros. & Co., Distillers, who produced Edgewood at their plant on Gilbert Creek in KY's 8th tax district. In the background behind the label's text is the signature portly gentleman dressed in a tuxedo and bow-tie, with a Shriner's fez atop his head. His hands are tucked firmly in his trouser pockets and his shirt-front is printed with the words "I / DRINK / EDGEWOOD / WHISKEY / EVERYWHERE". The bottle stands 3-3/4" tall and is 2" wide.
