A clear glass bottle with a full paper label showing the contents to have been "Old Saratoga / Extra Fine / Whiskey", a blend containing 45% alcohol from Rosskam, Gerstley & Co., Philadelphia, PA.. The label indicates that the bottle contained 1-9/16 pints and dates to 1906 or later given that it cites the Pure Food and Drugs Act. The rear of the bottle also bears a paper label featuring the familiar card-playing dogs. The bottom of the bottle is embossed with "CAPACITY / ONE FIFTH GALLON". It measures about 9-1/2" in height, 4" diameter.
