A metal corkscrew with wooden sheath that was provided as a premium for purchasers of "Edgewood Whiskey", from the Edgewood Distilling Co. of Cincinnati, OH. The case is printed with the brand name and shows the corkscrew to be compliments of the Chicago branch of the company.

The case is also printed with an image of the signature portly gentleman dressed in a tuxedo and bow-tie, with a Shriner's fez atop his head. His hands are tucked firmly in his trouser pockets and his shirt-front is printed with the words "I / DRINK / EDGEWOOD / WHISKEY / EVERYWHERE". The corkscrew measures 4" in length.
