A handled, two-tone, ceramic jug that once contained "Echter Alter Nordhauser Kornbranntwein" from Mihalovitch, Fletcher & Co. of Cincinnati, OH. It has a capacity of one quarter gallon and stands 8-1/4" tall, 5" in diameter.
