A celluloid-covered memo pad featuring an image of T. E. O'Keefe, Distiller of Oswego, N.Y. It also advertises his main brands: Monteagle, Woodcock, Hazelwood and Beaver Run Whiskies. The back cover features an illustration of the distillery. The pad was made by the Whitehead and Hoag Co. of Newark, NJ. and measures 2-1/2" x 4-1/4".
