An insert that enclosed a small booklet on the history of "Fulton" brand whiskeys and liquors, from Myers & Co., Distillers and Wholesalers of Covington, KY. It consists of a single sheet measuring 12-1/2" by 3-1/4" that was folded down to 6-1/4" by 3-1/4" as shown to enclose the booklet. It accompanied a packet of advertising materials and a return envelope. The packet was mailed on to December 1, 1902 to a Mr C V Blose of Urbana, OH.
