An order form from Glasner & Barzen of Kansas City, MO.

The form is one of several items in this series that most likely were included in a package of flyers, order forms, and other advertising material. All are undated. This form contains an image of the Blue Valley distillery on one side, an order blank on the obverse. It measures 5-1/2" by 7."
