A wooden crate used to store and ship bottles of "Thos. Moore Possum Hollow Pure Rye Whiskey" from Thos. Moore Co. of McKeesport, PA. The crate measures 17-1/4" by 13" tall by 12-1/2" deep. A paper revenue stamp on the side is dated 1897 and the the crate is marked with a bottling date of 1905.
