The history and address timeline comes from Thomas (WBW). He notes that David Holzman also owned the Northwest Bottling Works, located at the same address as the wholesale liquor operation. In 1909, he incorporated both businesses with himself as President, Joseph Reubens as VP, Jacob Schiller as Secretary, and William Holzman, Treasurer.

State Prohibition forced the liquor outlet to close in 1915 and the bottling works folded in 1917. Holzman and Schiller then formed the Spokane Interstate Investment Co., dealing in real estate.

The company used the brand names:
"Kentucky's Old Style", "Macneal", "Old Newport Club", "Orpheum Club", "Red Stork", and "Rob't. Hamilton Old Tom Gin."
