Louis G Clarke, Pres. & Manager, Wm F Woodward, Sec-Treas., Duggusts, Photographic Material, Surgical, Dental and Optical Supplies" (1916). Woodard had retired and the company ceases listing by 1925.

OASG lists a thimble showing the company to be druggists selling "Fine Medicinal Wines & Liquors". Thomas (WBO) also notes a bottle from the same company with a label that reads "Muskingum Valley Brand Whiskey, A Blend".

The company used the brand name: "Woodlark."
