Successors to Pestner & Hildebrandt (1877-1882).

The "Blue Grass" brand was owned by E. J. Curley of Camp Nelson, KY: Hildebrandt, Posner & Co. were west-coast agents. Company letterheads claim ownership of the Rock Island Distilling Co. of Covington, KY.

The company used the brand names:
"Cameron Gin", "Cedar Valley", "J H Miles", "Mazeppa", "O.B.G.", "Old Blue Grass", "Old Club House", "Sherman Rye", and "Silver Crown."
