The company apparently had close ties to the Commonwealth distillery (RD &12, 7th Dist.) in KY: there was a Strauss and 2 Pritz' on the Commonweath Distilling Co and the Commonwealth was dba Durham Distilling Co. and Cream of Anderson.

The 64th annual report of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce lists Sidney E Pritz, Carl E Pritz and Wallace Holzman as being associated with this company in 1912. By 1914, the roster has changed to Sidney E Pritz, Carl E Pritz and Albert I Strauss.
