The Union Distilling Co. listed from 1884-1918.

This cup may have sat on top of a bottle at one time: there are no screw threads, but it looks like a cap.

"Distillery, Carthage, O" (1908).

In 1892, they were drawing spirits from the Latonia Distillery in Milldale, KY (RD #2, 6th District).

Geo. Gerke, President, Geo. E Dieterle, Secy & Treas (1902).

The 64th annual report of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce lists C H Blomberg, Edw. H Brinkman (VP), Geo. A Dieterle (Secretary), Geo F Dieterle (Treasurer), H O Drinkurth, Geo Gerke, R C Heinzman and W O Hoppe as being associated with this company in 1912. By 1914 (66th annual report), the roster has dropped to Edw. H Brinkman, Geo. A Dieterle, Geo F Dieterle, H O Drinkurth, Geo Gerke and W O Hoppe.
