The glass advertises "The Up Town Store of Alexander Young's Y.P.M". The store fails to appear in directories from 1900 on so may be an 1800's glass.

Letterhead identifies the business as "The Uptown Store of Alexander Young's Y.P.M."
The 1860 directory lists a "John Young, Liquors" at Callowhill & N 13th, but it's not certain that this is the same person. John H Young was son of Wilson Young and grandson of Alexander. He died in the late 1880's.
