A one-pint clear glass flask with a paper label that shows that it once Gibson's Brand Pure Rye Whiskey. It was distilled at John Gibson's Son & Co's. Gibsonton Mills plant in Westmoreland Co., PA by the Gibson Distilling Co of Philadelphia, PA.

Although made prior to 1917, it was bottled and sold for medicinal purposes during Prohibition (see label on rear)
