A crystal back-bar decanter that was once used to dispense "Old Valley" whiskey from The Cook & Bernheimer Co. of New York, NY. The brand is applied in white enamel. The decanter stands 8" tall without the stopper (the stopper is probably not original to the decanter) and measures 5-1/2" across the base.
