One side shows the name and address of the vendor: JAMES MAGUIRE * PROP. * (arched) / 470 & 472 / NORTH 3RD ST. / PHILA. / MONTEZUMA WHISKEY (reverse arched). The obverse is embossed with a image of a woman's head and SOLE AGENT (arched) / BELLE OF NELSON (reverse arched).

It measures 1-1/2" in diameter and appears to be made of aluminium. It has been drilled.
