A certificate from the Vogt-Applegate Co. of Louisville, KY. that entitles the bearer to one free quart of "Old Beechwood" whiskey for every four purchased. One side bears details of the offer and engraved images of the product, the obverse bears an order form and a blank area suitable for entering names and addresses of "friends" who might also want to benefit from the offer. The certificate measures 11" x 8-1/2" and is undated.
