Est. 1844. Burrichter Bros. was a wholesale liquor firm established by John Burrichter, J. H. Hellman, and G. Sander in 1844. A 1904 history of Jo Daviess County indicates that by the time this book was written, a son, Frank Joseph Burrichter, had taken over the family business. They sold throughout Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.
