A mechanical trade card from Louis Englander of Kansas City, MO. Englander was an agent for Harper's Rye whiskey, which the card advertises. When closed, the card shows a suggestive scene that is revealed to be innocent when opened. The obverse contains company information and advertising. The card measures 3-1/4" x 5-3/4" when closed and opens to approximately 6-1/2" x 5-3/4".
