A celluloid-covered memo pad featuring an image of T. E. O'Keefe, Distiller of Oswego, N.Y. It also advertises his main brands: Monteagle, Woodcock, Hazelwood and Beaver Run Whiskies. The back cover (shown here) features an illustration of the distillery. The pad was made by the Whitehead and Hoag Co. of Newark, NJ. and measures 2-1/2" x 4-1/4".
