Brown - Powell Liquor Co. listed from 1910-1915.

Thomas (1998, p. 7) notes that the company operated from late 1910 until Prohibition was enforced in WA at the end of 1915. It was a wholesale liquor outlet and a saloon, run by Felix Brown and Charlie Powell. Bottles from this company are rare and valuable.
