Up a Level Photographing How-To-Shoot Common Errors

One of the best ways of learning how to take good photographs of shot glasses is to study other people's mistakes and figure out what they did wrong.  Here's a collection of poorly-executed shot shots: any suggestions for additions would be most welcome!!
