This glass looks to be post-Repeal, but the label is not the expected ACL variety: it looks more like that seen on the Woodland and other pre-pro red-etched glasses.
The Wilsons date Leonce J. Bertin and Constantine Lepori to 1895-1918. They were wholesale grocers and liquor dealers.
Brand names used by this company include: "B & L", "Burlingame", "Kentucky Belle", and "Penwick."
