The walls of this glass are extremely thin, indicative of age. The label also appears to be acid-etched and clearly the handiwork of George Truog, although there is no signature.

1917 lists an address (Felix NE cor 4 th) in St. Joseph, MO, but this was a branch of a Kansas City, MO company: see main listing for more details.
