Notes:
Schiller Bros. listed from 1912-1918.

Schiller Bros. apparently offered photographs of Booker T Washington as an incentive to try their liquor, because the Booker T Washington papers include a letter from the man himself requesting that this practice be discontinued. "I write to say that such an offer is entirely distasteful to me and I write to ask that you discontinue the use of my picture as a premium for such purposes." (Oct. 25, 1911). They replied that they would.
