This glass is not listed, but HSG, p. 183, entry #8 has this glass under Danciger Bros.
Tiffany club was distributed in the West via the Tiffany Importing Co. in San Francisco (HSG).
Schiller Bros. apparently offered photographs of Booker T Washington as an incentive to try their liquor, because the Booker T Washington papers include a letter from the man himself requesting that this practice be discontinued. "I write to say that such an offer is entirely distasteful to me and I write to ask that you discontinue the use of my picture as a premium for such purposes." (Oct. 25, 1911). They replied that they would. Source: The History Co-Operative, http://www.historycooperative.org/btw/Vol.11/html/348.html
